Unlike most of the rabble he lords over, Big F'n Joe is a 'Weener for life. His face paint is permanent. His status and wealth has reportedly lead to a lot of cybernetic and bio-organic enhancement, and the iron fist that he rules the Halloweeners with may be a literal one.
