Sara Brighton is well known in runner circles. From her time volunteering in the lower class medical facilities in Melbourne to her time in her own illegal facility, she patches bullet holes, knife wounds and installs cyberware  for those who can pay the prices. Her work is never easy, but she is very good at what she does.
